| Hankyu, TK forms JV in India |

| Osaka based Hankyu group has established their own office in India by setting up Hankyu International Transport India Pvt. Ltd (HIT/India), a joint venture between Hankyu Group and Mumbai based T.K. Logistics group. HIT/India will have its head quarters at New Delhi and a branch office in Chennai. |

| Hankyu Express International is a wholly-owned group company of Japanese railway firm Hankyu Hanshin Holdings and is Japan's fourth largest international air freight forwarding service provider. The Group's wide array of activities include operation of railway transportation, Real estates, Entertainment, Communication, Retailing, Travel, Hotel chains and freight forwarding. |

| Hankyu Express International has over 350 offices world wide including their own offices. J.Vs and agency network. It was the first IATA approved agent in Japan. |

| Tulsidas Khimji Pvt. Ltd which is the flag ship company in the TK Logistics Group, is one of the oldest Custom house agent(CHA) and IATA Cargo agent in India with its head quarters in Mumbai and branches at 13 other locations in India. After enjoying over 10 years of Principal to Principal relationship, both groups decided to enter into a J.V. to strengthen its services in India. |

| TK group will hold 30% equity through their company T. Khimji Logistics Pvt. Ltd and Hankyu group will hold 70% of equity in the new venture. |

| This is the first time that TK group is joining hands with a foreign freight forwarding company in a Joint Venture. Hankyu group on the other hand has established such J.V. companies with the local freight forwarding companies in China, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and Malaysia. |

| Inaugural party was organized to mark, the signing of agreement between the two companies, which took place on Saturday, 28 March 2009 at Hotel Park Premier, Gurgaon. |

| Setting up of J.V. Co will bring together the knowledge and expertise of both companies in their respective markets and offer seamless customized solutions to large Japanese and other global companies operating in India. |
|
| There is a steady increase of Japanese investment in India in infrastructure and other sectors as Japanese companies consider India as a stable democracy and a growing economy and as such setting up the J.V. Company has come at the right time, in-spite of the general recessionary trends in the economy. |
